Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LiquiCharts uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) when you use our website and services. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some are essential to make the site work; others help us understand and improve how the site is used.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required for the site to function and do not need consent.
- liquicharts_session — keeps you signed in and secures your session. It is encrypted, HTTP-only, and expires after about 8 hours.
Functional
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your chosen language (English or Arabic) so the site loads in it next time. Persists for up to 12 months.
- TradingView charting storage — the in-browser charting library may store your chart layout, drawings and preferences in your browser’s local storage so your workspace is preserved.
Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- _ga — distinguishes users. Expires after up to 13 months.
- _ga_<id> — maintains analytics session state. Expires after up to 13 months.
- _gid — distinguishes users. Expires after about 24 hours.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as staying signed in, from working.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
