Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LiquiCharts website and services (the “Service”), provided by LiquiCharts (“LiquiCharts”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or where use of the Service would be unlawful. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. What the Service is — and is not
The Service is a charting, market-data and analytics tool. It provides visualisations, indicators and analytics built on third-party market data, to help you carry out your own research.
The Service is expressly NOT, and must not be relied on as:
- a broker, dealer, exchange or any kind of trade-execution venue;
- investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything;
- a custodian of your money or assets — we never hold client funds; and
- a guarantee, promise or prediction of any trading result.
We do not have access to your trading or brokerage accounts. Your trading decisions are your own. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
You access the Service through an account managed by our identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The Service permits one active session per account — logging in on a new device or browser will end your other active session. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Plans. The Service is offered on subscription plans described at checkout. Features may differ by plan.
- Free trial. Where offered, the free trial lasts 3 days and is limited to one per user. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
- Payment and auto-renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Currencies and tax. We support USD, AED, QAR, SAR, KWD, OMR and BHD. Displayed prices are inclusive of any applicable value-added or sales tax.
- Price changes. We may change prices; we will give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
- Disputes and chargebacks. The above does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. Where a chargeback or refund is processed, your access may be revoked.
5. No financial advice; market data and simulated results
Nothing in the Service is financial advice, and we are not your adviser. Trading and investing carry risk and you may lose money. Market data is provided “as is”, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and should be independently verified before you rely on it.
Any backtested, hypothetical or simulated results shown have inherent limitations: they do not represent actual trading, are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and are no indication of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the data or content in the Service;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Service;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with rate limits, access controls, paywalls or security features;
- use bots or automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit;
- share account access or use the Service to build a competing product; or
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms us or other users.
7. Intellectual property and attribution
The Service, including its software, design and content (other than third-party data and libraries), is owned by LiquiCharts and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc.; a portion of our charting experience is built on the TradingView charting library and is subject to TradingView’s terms. Underlying market data is provided by third parties “as is”.
8. Optional programmes
We may from time to time offer optional referral or revenue-share programmes. Participation is voluntary and governed by a separate agreement provided when you enrol; those programme terms prevail over these Terms in respect of that programme.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example Stripe, Google, TradingView, Telegram and our hosting provider). We are not responsible for the availability, acts or omissions of those third parties, and their services are subject to their own terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property and governing law) will survive.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquiCharts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LiquiCharts harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah will have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date, and we will give notice of material changes where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
